Dr. Rudyard Paul N. Amistad is a residency-trained Family Medicine physician with over 10 years of clinical experience across hospital, emergency, and outpatient primary care settings. He completed his Doctor of Medicine and Family & Community Medicine residency training in the Philippines and holds Diplomate status in Family Medicine.
He has extensive experience managing both acute presentations and chronic medical conditions for patients of all ages. His clinical interests include preventive care, chronic disease management, urgent care, minor surgical and skin procedures, and holistic patient care.
Dr. Amistad is a member of the Aesthetic Medicine Institute of the Philippines and has training in aesthetic and skin-related procedures that complement his general practice work. He has also served as an Associate Professor in medical education, mentoring junior doctors and medical students.
His approach to healthcare is patient-centred, holistic, and evidence-based, with a strong emphasis on communication, continuity of care, and shared decision-making to support long-term health and wellbeing.
